- This website is operated according to the norms and traditions of Buganda, you are not allowed to disrespect them. The Website languages are Luganda and English. Don’t use any other as it would complicate the work of the moderators.
- The Kabakaship as a pillar of Buganda and the Kabaka as a person sitting on the throne is the centre of our Kingdom where the people and everything about them come together into one. You are not allowed to disrespect any of these.
- Registration to different parts of the Website is a prerequisite for making contributions to those places. The reason for this is to encourage a responsible and respectful use of the website. The users’ details (name, email, etc) are kept secure, the passwords are encrypted and personal information will not be passed on to any third party. We operate on a one account per user and one user per account policy.
- This is an interaction Website; expect to come across material that is of AbabaKa copyright, of other parties, and of public domain. The material on this Website that belongs to AbabaKa can be used by others on condition it’s for the good of Buganda. It’s advisable to ask so you can know which is which.
- Spamming and flooding any part of the Website is not allowed. Neither is uploading any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other kinds of harmful computer code. The same goes for any other activity that is detrimental to the website’s function and the normal interaction of other users.
- Any harmful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, racially, ethnically discriminative material is not allowed. You may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography.
- Advertising commercial-related or competing products are all forbidden, except by permission from the AbabaKa Administration. The only thing you can advise here without permission is anything to do with the Buganda Kingdom.
- Every user is responsible for the content of their contributions to this site. The contributions do not necessarily mirror the beliefs of the AbabaKa administrators. Even though that is so, the Website Administration can use the material without further permission from the contributor. The site is not moderated on a 24/7 basis.
