      OLUKIIKO LWA BAZZUKULU BA BUGANDA INTERNATIONAL WISHES TO NOTIFY ALL PARTIES CONCERNED THAT BUGANDA HAS ITS OWN LAND LAWS WHICH ARE TRUMPED UPON EVER SINCE BUGANDA HAS BEEN UNDER OCCUPATION. THESE LAWS WILL RETURN IN EFFECT WHEN FREEDOM IS HOME.
