    Sit on the floor with knees to chest, palms flat behind you,elbows slightly bent

    .Bend arms and tap elbows to the floor, extending legs

    Repeat 12-15 times, work up to 3 sets of 20.

    when he says scream if you feel the burn you have to its a not a joke but it feels good after you complete the sets , that if you can this is just a spinet of the real thing if it doesn’t show go on you tube and put in billy blank
