Wyh Should anybody be shocked now? when from the beginning people were talking about the kind of a dictator in charge , why shocked now when the opposition kept on pointing at the mistakes surrounding this election , starting with the electro team which is m7’s puppets , how can you be shocked when you didn’t say anything when people were telling you that the govment refuse to print the voting cards , not only that, 140.000.00 names belonged to deceased people are on the votting but the people of ugand are missing or erasedlet alone finding your photo with a wrong name or better yet being a woman and you find out that your name belongs to a guy in the photo , last but not least that they are thousands of same name with same birthday from same place
DOES THE ARMY VOTE ARE THESE PEOPLE FROM RWANDA ? then we know whom they did vote
